se ne fitnness krejt djem e ti hapshin syt :o ne gjdo ushtrim qa e bojsha


ma mire ne sport edhe vete edhe pse ish bo mire me pas fitnes per femra veqq 8)

Ushtroj edhe shum bilem 5 her njavt ushtroj leht 20 min biciklet 35 min vrapoj nat maqinen nvend qe ngan njery edhe per bark ushtroj pak ma shum se ekom pak barkin tqitum OPSIDE heheheheheh

Valla Body Building po shkoj ama ma shum pi baj ushtrimet per dobsim e krejt mi hup do kile :D
Aj trajneri ma qivi nanen midis veres em ka qit mu vesh me trenerka e me ka 5 maica trash kuku mozvet :?
