Muj me than qe Fitnessi nuk me Vyn sa i perket Trupit tem! eE kshtu Thjesht ne Fitness Studio nuk shkoj sepsse =Shtrrejt €€€ edhe un jam TMAQARE e madhe! :)

jaaaa bre e paski keqkuptu ju fittnesin kadal sdo me than kurgjo 20 - 35 $ me shku e me ushtru

1 e ban trupin e fort ...

2 qdo femberr te kqyr ndryshe ...

3 ndihesh ma mir ...

4 koha ne sall te fittnesit te shkon ma shpejt ...

5 gjan shoqni te re ...

6 mson shum sene rreth ushtrimev ...

7 gjithmon ki konduksion ( qdo dit e ma shum ) ...

e shummmmm e shummmm sene tjera qe spo i hi me i permend se po shkon gjat veq e di qe osht sen shum i mir une per veti tash qe 1 koh e kom nderpre sjam tu ushtru ne sall mirpo kur kam koh baj ushtrime te zakonshme ne shpi

ashtu kshtu jam shum i holl hahaha amo prap un baj ushtrime nuk nalna ... sepse um ban mu ndi mir qikaq ...

bon edhe ashtu amo nese perdor proteina nuk ban me e ndepre a nese nuk perdor prot munesh edhe me pauzu ...

une kur te lodhna shummm pauzoj 1 koh tani e filloj prap ...

mem pelqy nuk um pelqen..
per qef ton diten kisha pi cig edhe kisha honger qokollada :D

po fitnes ushtroj pergjdo dit veq naj dit qe smuna ose pritoj i lo...ma mir mu mar me sport ni ore se mu shtri me kshyr seriale :P

bash mir qe po ushtrojshe kjo te ndihmon shum sidomos ne shendet .. edhe e ban trupin ma sexy edhe qyshtu knaqesh :P

Kogja shum koh kom ba Fitness per me u nxeh kur isha ne Volley Ball apo ne Tennis me lujt e tana pa qarre u duft me ba! 8)
Amo kshtu nuk shkoj sepsse sme vyn HIQ HIQ HIQ.

Boll e kam Trupin qysh du e me ba mija nis me Fitness harro.com dess nven un. 8) hihihhi

qe 3 muj jam tu ushtru , muji par te doket palidhje derisa ki me pas kallje te muskujve po mandej ma ndryshe o , ja kom nis edhe do proteina kalorike mi pi , rezultat po ka , edhe as nijet se kom me nal bildingun

un e kom hobi ket sport qe 1 vjet ushtroj 4 her ne jav shkoj veq mu ka ndreq trupi mir syper un ushtroj me pesha trona jo n'bicikell :D hehe loqk sport esht krejt mushiqa bohesh hehe[/img]
