se ne fitnness krejt djem e ti hapshin syt
ne gjdo ushtrim qa e bojsha
ma mire ne sport edhe vete edhe pse ish bo mire me pas fitnes per femra veqq

Ushtroj edhe shum bilem 5 her njavt ushtroj leht 20 min biciklet 35 min vrapoj nat maqinen nvend qe ngan njery edhe per bark ushtroj pak ma shum se ekom pak barkin tqitum OPSIDE heheheheheh
