po shkoj en fitness, qetash nuk jom kon qe 2 jav se jom kon smut po ushtrroj 3-4 her en javt ka 2 or :D

Kom ushtru me ni vakt,tash i kom lon se spo kom koh niher...besoj qe veres hi prap...

para do vjetve qojsha pesha t`randa,e manej e kom lon edhe ja kom pa sherrin drejt me ju thon,buka po hahet shum bre :lol:

Po ushtroj, perdit heci ka 2km, ka 30mins orbittreck, ushtrime per bark edhe ka 15mins tega ka 5killa, per femna :G.... edhe basketin mos ta harrojm qe luej ka 5her n'javt.

trajneri e ka ba trupin sigurisht edhe atina i vyn vetem 3 her ne jave me e mbajt trupin se aii e ka kry tash vetem e mban trupin, kurse ti s'je i zhvillum sikur aii e tye te duhet me shum me ushtru per cdo dite per me arrit zhvillimin ne trup tendin :P

qe po ta tregoj pak qe don ma fort me ta kap ne gjoks gjate javes ushtrimet:

te Hanen: Gjoks Triceps
Te Marten: Kraharor dhe Trapez
Te Merkuren: Shpin dhe Biceps
Te Ejten: Gjoks dhe Triceps
Te Premten: Kraharor dhe Biceps (trapez Jo)
Te Shtunen: Gjoks dhe Triceps (qe ki kohe ushtro edhe kembe se te duhet)
Te Diellen: qe ki mundesi vetem mbaj muskujt ne form pak ushtron per me qen i pergadit per Te Henen :P

qeshtu te kisha than me ushtru qe don me u zhvillu njeri, tash ti din....

kalo mir gjyks :D
